The LARES Students, Exploring, Engaging, and Developing Skills (SEEDS) Career Initiative empowers students to discover their academic passions and career paths through guided exploration, meaningful engagement, and skill development designed to help them achieve their professional goals.

Ready to join the LARES SEEDS Career Initiative?

We welcome applications from first-year and sophomore students who are exploring potential majors. To get the most benefit from this program, participants should plan to attend all scheduled sessions. This allows you to build connections and complete the full experience.

APPLICATION TIMELINE

Application Deadline for Fall 2025: Monday, September 8, 2025; 11:59 PM.
All applicants will be contacted regarding their application starting August 25, 2025.
