In the fall of 2011, the LARES program created ASP 084: Research Poster & Presentation Workshop for LARES Students (formerly ASP 087) to teach undergraduate students how to create research to be showcased at conferences. Since its inception, over 90 Latino students have created original research posters which have been presented at a number of academic and professional conferences.
